He’s a top producing agent who works with buyers, sellers, investors, and commercial clients. He’s an experienced investor himself, with a portfolio of rental properties. Justin and Kelly Witkins also have a property management business that takes care of The Aberdeen, one of downtown Madison’s largest apartment buildings. He’s highly skilled in pricing, marketing, valuation of income properties, and more, and as Team Leader he’s a strong manager and number-cruncher with high standards for performance. Also, he owns a fog machine, a PA system, and multiple tents, because if anyone knows how to throw a party, it’s this guy.

Grant Samuelsen has a unique background for a Realtor, with over 25 years in the arts, nonprofits, marketing, and higher education. He’s a keen pricing analyst, strategist, planner, and marketer with a great sense for design and quality. He works with buyers and sellers throughout the area, at all budget levels, and he’s the Team relocation specialist. He has a BFA from UW-Madison and a Masters in Public Administration from Carnegie Mellon University, and he holds the ABR, PSA, and Green designations. He’s a musician, record collector, and lives on Madison’s east side. In the words of a client, “he’s personable, low-keyed but highly focused – the absolute opposite of the high-pressure agent,” which sums it up pretty nicely.

Team Manager Kelly Witkins also does all the things in real estate, and more. She handles marketing, Team planning, events, administration, data management, and social media, and has expertise in real estate investing and management. She brings over 20 years of business operations to the crew, and oversees the residential apartments and commercial properties under our care. Kelly has a reputation as one of the most beloved property managers in Madison, and her service heart is evident to everyone.
